Conceived in the spring of 2025, this Manifesto boldly declares quantum entanglement to be a commons. It was originally intended as the foundation for a dialogue between scientists, artists, and activists through a collaborative research project involving European universities and independent artistic organizations. The project is still seeking funding, but the manifesto already exists as an autonomous work.
